How to claim your warranty

Step 1: Download and register in the Instagrid app
Scan the QR code and download the Instagrid app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Create an account and follow the registration steps.

Step 2: Add unit to your account
Click “+Add” and enter your serial number or scan the QR code on your unit. Follow the steps to link the product to your account. In some cases, your reseller or distributor may need to confirm ownership.

Step 3: Register for the warranty extension
You may see the option to register for the warranty extension. Follow the steps in the app to register your product. Registration must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date shown on your proof of purchase. Eligibility is subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

The extended warranty is available only for eligible Instagrid products purchased through a reseller or distributor. Customers who purchase directly from Instagrid may already benefit from a 48-month warranty period. The extended warranty applies to eligible Instagrid ONE, Instagrid GO, Instagrid LINK and Instagrid LINK MAX products. Registration must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date shown on the customer’s proof of purchase. After successful registration, Instagrid will be available as a direct point of contact for warranty-related matters.
